Fathers

late Felix Leu
I have been thinking about all the things that come down the generations, all the inheritances.  This is a great theme of why I have this blog, though I don't mention it.  So my father, Felix Leu, did not marry my mother and moved away and married another woman, with whom he had four children, and whom he loved all the remaining days of his life.  What I know is my father spent his childhood not very close with his own father (or mother), being raised often by an aunt or grandparent (I think).  I don't know the situation for his father.  I don't know anything about his mother Eva's childhood, but I have recently discovered that her father, Willi Aeppli, lost his father when he was a toddler.


1.Felix Vital Leu was born 22 JAN 1944 in Basel, Switzerland, and died 1 MAY 2002 in Lausanne, Switzerland, at the age of 58, due to cancer. He was the son of 2. Late Hans Felix Leu and 3. Living Eva Maria Aeppli. He had a child (me!) with Andrea Campbell, daughter of Malcolm Campbell, PhD and Inez Marie Heyman.  He married Loretta Buscaglia, daughter of Salvatore Buscaglia and Bianca Gross. They had four children.
